Children enjoy playtime with peers, arts and crafts, group activities, field trips and much more.
Quality of Life
Because of the complex nature of their health conditions, many parents’ lives are consumed by caring for their child and are unable to work or attend school. Little Haven offers consistent nursing care, so you can pursue your goals while making sure that your child is in a safe, nurturing environment. Additionally, Little Haven is building a support system for parents where you can participate in social events and other activities, including you in a community of parents that share your joys and challenges.
We offer individualized dietary plans, enteral (G-Tubes) and parenteral nutrition, food allergy monitoring, breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
Case Management & Education
Our integrated care model allows us to coordinate services with your child’s physician and healthcare team for enhanced outcomes. We educate parents about their child’s needs for continued care at home.
We provide developmentally appropriate activities for school readiness and support for parents and caregivers.
Little Haven provides transportation that is wheelchair friendly along with a nurse and a CPR certified assistant and driver. Our medical bus is equipped with oxygen and emergency equipment to ensure the safety of our children.
Insurance Verification & Approval
We work in coordination with your pediatrician and insurance carrier to obtain authorizations and approvals necessary.
